I feel that the pour over from the original burr is a bit dull probably due to many fines. The disadvantage of Mazzer 151F is that it probably cannot really do espresso or only has a very limited range. I just tried on Staresso Mini (bottomless), at 10 the flow is still a bit too fast. But at 0-1 the burr is basically locked.

One thing I can say for certain is that the DW-modded Mini has a LOT less retention with either 64mm burr set than it did with the stock 58mm set. Dark roasts, which my taste buds prefer, are unfortunately plagued with static cling, which is annoying to deal with (tapping the DW spout and brushing out the 0.3gm or so that cling to the chute.
